DiTX currently offer no comprehensive warranty. When you buy, you will recieve all warranty documents for individual components, and we will keep a copy of those, in case of a component problem, we will help you claim your warranty and fit the new item for free.
 

Returns

Shipping
There is a 2 week return window after purchase, providing that:
  • There has been no intentional damage to the machine
  • There has been nothing removed internally
  • The system still functions properly
 There is a £10 standard charge for individual orders under £500, within the UK.
This is via Royal Mail Special Delivery service, and includes insurance on your system.
